Thank you for visiting my academic website. I am an Assistant Professor of Economics in the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy at Rutgers University. I was selected to receive a 2023-2024 National Bureau of Economic Research (NBER) Fellowship on Racial and Ethnic Disparities in Economic Outcomes. I am a member of the 2022-2023 cohort of Early Career Faculty Fellows in the Institute for the Study of Global Racial Justice at Rutgers University. My work has been supported by an Early Career Award (Pipeline Grants Competition) from the Russell Sage Foundation and Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Prior to joining the Bloustein School faculty, I was a National Science Foundation (NSF) Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the Dyson School of Applied Economics and Management at Cornell University. My research interests include household financial status, asset accumulation, health, and stratification.
